What we collect
When you sign up we collect your name, email, role and company details you choose to enter (company name, type, state, incorporation date, capital, turnover). Tool data — directors, reminders, clients, checklists — is stored in your account.
How we use it
To run the app: showing you applicable provisions, deadlines, and reminders. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Where it lives
Account data is stored in our managed cloud backend with row-level security so only your account can read it. The AI Assistant sends your prompt to a model provider (Google Gemini via the Lovable AI gateway) to generate a response.
Your rights
You can update or delete your profile at any time from the app. To delete your full account, write to privacy@regulific.app and we'll remove your records within 7 working days.
